Correct me if I am wrong, but this WMATA KPI seems to show WMATA only wants to achieve 87-88% availability. You would think that they would aim for 100% at some point. Click below….

Anyone who rode the metro in the ’80′s remembers Cool “Disco” Dan. Alas, I was just a young escalator then. I didn’t chew people’s feet up as much, and I generally had a sunny outlook on life. Cool “Disco” Dan helped me see that.
Then he disappeared.
Now, I don’t know about y’all…. but I have been hearing from my cousins on the Red Line that graffiti is back in. So much so, that my friends over at TBD thought they would update us. I would encourage you to go look.
